Starts Outlaws Campaign in Sunshine Nationals

21, 2023) Unstable
weather conditions at Volusia Speedway Park has forced World of
Outlaws Case Construction Late Model Series and track officials
to cancel tonight's annual 'Sunshine Nationals' finale. This decision
comes after working closely with Meteorologist Wayne Mahar from
the Precision Weather Service and monitoring the local weather over
the past 48 hours. The $20,000 to win spectacular at the Barberville,

two of the annual 'Sunshine Nationals' took center stage tonight
at Volusia (FL) Speedway Park and another $8,000 winner's check
was up for grabs. Gordy Gundaker stopped the clock thirteenth fastest
in Group B during the World of Outlaws Late Model Series qualifying
session before nabbing the third and final transfer spot through
his loaded heat race. After starting the 25-lapper from the outside
of the seventh row, Gordy wound up finishing right where he started...
in the fourteenth position.

19, 2023) The
Gordy Gundaker Racing (GGR) team lifted the lid to their 2023 campaign
earlier tonight in the 'Sunshine Nationals' opener at Volusia Speedway
Park in Barberville, Florida. A total of 47 competitors signed into
the VSP pit area to compete in the World of Outlaws Case Construction
Late Model Series showdown, which boasted an $8,000 top prize. Gordy
Gundaker timed in nineteenth fastest in Group A during qualifying
prior to running eighth in his heat race and fifth in his B-Main.
After utilizing a series provisional, Gordy retired late in the
distance with heavy body damage and was ultimately placed twenty-third
in the final rundown.

Gordy Gundaker Ends 2022
Season with Gateway Dirt Nationals
(December
4, 2022) Gordy
Gundaker closed out his version of the 2022 racing season on December
1-3 in the annual running of the 'Gateway Dirt Nationals' at The
Dome at America's Center in St. Louis, Missouri. The unsanctioned
Super Late Model spectacular drew 119 competitors to the temporary
1/5-mile indoor oval and the action kicked off with a $5,000 to
win preliminary program. Gordy placed second in his heat race on
Thursday night, but fuel issues early in the 25-lap feature dropped
the St. Charles, Missouri ace to a disappointing eighteenth place
effort.
With a whopping $30,000 paycheck up for grabs on Saturday
in the finale, Gordy grabbed the second and final transfer spot
through his qualifier and later rolled off from the inside of the
ninth row in the 40-lap headliner. Gordy was then able to work his
way past four competitors en route to a thirteenth place showing.

Gundaker Finishes Seventh
in Final WOOLMS Point Standings

6, 2022) The
Gordy Gundaker Racing (GGR) team closed out the World of Outlaws
Case Construction Late Model Series schedule from November 2-5 in
the annual running of the 'World Finals' at the pristine Dirt Track
at Charlotte in Concord, North Carolina. Things kicked off at the
4/10-mile oval with a pair of $15,000 to win preliminary programs.
On Wednesday night in the opener, Gordy Gundaker placed fourth in
his heat race, second in his B-Main, and fifteenth in the 40-lap
feature. In Thursday's similar show, Gordy finished fifth in his
loaded heat race and third in his B-Main before utilizing an emergency
provisional and placing twenty-seventh in the 40-lapper, which ran
caution-free.
All eyes in the pit area at the Dirt Track at Charlotte
on Saturday evening were focused on who would walk away with the
$25,000 first place prize money. In front of a jammed-packed grandstand
crowd, Gordy ran fourth in his heat race and third in his B-Main,
which forced him to rely on a World of Outlaws provisional to gain
access into the 50-lap headliner. The St. Charles, Missouri ace
was able to move past six competitors during the series finale to
wind up twentieth in the final finishing order. After the points
were tallied, Gordy was seventh in the final version of the World
of Outlaws Case Construction Late Model Series point standings.

Gordy Gundaker Grabs
Trio of Top Tens Against Outlaw Foes!
(October
24, 2022) The
World of Outlaws Case Construction Late Model Series schedule heated
back up over the October 21-23 weekend with a trio of $10,000 to
win shootouts in the states of Kansas and Missouri. On Friday evening,
the tripleheader kicked off at Humboldt Speedway in Humboldt, Kansas.
Gordy Gundaker timed in second fastest in Group A during the qualifying
session prior to securing an impressive heat race triumph. After
rolling off from the outside of the second row in the 40-lap feature,
Gordy fought hard for a top five showing before ultimately landing
in the sixth finishing position.
Saturday took the #11 GGR team to 81 Speedway in Park
City, Kansas for another $10,000 to win program. Gordy ran second
in heat race action before landing in the fifth spot in the 40-lap
headliner behind only victor Brandon Sheppard, Billy Moyer, Dennis
Erb, Jr., and Chase Junghans. In Sunday's weekend finale at U.S.
36 Raceway in Osborn, Missouri, Gordy placed fourth in his stacked
heat race and later advanced up to ninth in the 40-lapper. The St.
Charles, Missouri ace finds himself seventh in the latest version

Gundaker on Podium in
MLRA Championship Weekend Opener!
(October
16, 2022) The
Gordy Gundaker Racing (GGR) team made the short trek to Tri-City
Speedway in Granite City, Illinois on October 14-15 for the 'MLRA
Championship Weekend.' On Friday night in the opener, Gordy Gundaker
clicked off the second quickest time in Group A during qualifying,
won his heat race, and later finished on the podium in third in
the 30-lap feature behind only $5,000 victor Trevor Gundaker and
runner-up Logan Martin. At the St. Louis-area oval on Saturday evening
in the $7,000 to win MLRA finale, Gordy placed third in his loaded
heat race before advancing up to eighth in the final finishing order

Gordy Gundaker Competes
in FALS Frenzy at Fairbury
(October
9, 2022) Gordy
Gundaker and his #11 team invaded Fairbury Speedway in Fairbury,
Illinois on October 7-8 for a pair of MARS Racing Series battles
that made up the annual 'FALS Frenzy.' On Friday night in the $5,000
to win weekend opener, Gordy unfortunately missed out on the 40-lap
feature after placing seventh in his heat race and fifth in his
B-Main. In Saturday's headliner, which boasted a $15,000 top prize,
Gordy finished sixth in his loaded heat race before grabbing the
second and final transfer spot into the 50-lap main event. The St.
Charles, Missouri standout then worked his way past five competitors
during the contest to leave FALS with a fourteenth place showing.

Gordy Gundaker Racing (GGR) team ventured to Boyd's Speedway in
Ringgold, Georgia over the September 23-24 weekend for the 'Stateline
Showdown,' which was sanctioned by the World of Outlaws Case Construction
Late Model Series. In Friday's $10,000 to win program, Gordy Gundaker
grabbed the fourth transfer spot through his loaded heat race prior
to starting and finishing fifteenth in the 40-lap main event. At
Boyd's on Saturday in the $20,000 to win weekend finale, Gordy utilized
a series provisional to gain access into the 50-lapper and ultimately

Gordy Gundaker Sixth
in $22,022 One for the Road Special!
(September
14, 2022) On
Tuesday evening, September 13, the Castrol FloRacing Night in America
Series sanctioned the annual 'One for the Road' at Fairbury Speedway
and a $22,022 top prize was on the line at the downtown Fairbury,
Illinois oval. Gordy Gundaker was one of the 42 competitors that
piled into the pit area at #FALS and he started off the night by
laying down the second fastest lap in Group A during qualifying.
Gordy then grabbed the third transfer spot through his heat race
and later rolled off from the inside of the sixth row in the 50-lap
main event. The St. Charles, Missouri ace then steered all the way
up to third in the running order late in the distance before settling
for a sixth place effort behind only winner Bobby Pierce, Frank
Heckenast, Jr., Shannon Babb, Ricky Thornton, Jr., and Ryan Unzicker!

Gundaker Steers New Look
Ride to Podium Eldora Finish!
(September
11, 2022) A
huge week of racing was on tap at Eldora Speedway from September
7-10 and the action at the Rossburg, Ohio speedplant kicked off
on Wednesday with a trio of 'Chasing the Dream' features, along
with the conclusion of the rain-postponed 'Dirt Late Model Dream'
from June. Sporting a special paint scheme, Gordy Gundaker stopped
the clock twelfth quickest in his group during qualifying to earn
the outside of the sixth row for the start of the 20-lap main event.
With a $5,000 top prize on the line in the third and final 'Chasing
the Dream' feature, Gordy blasted past nine competitors en route
to a stellar third place podium performance behind only victor Daulton
Wilson and runner-up Ashton Winger!
Next up at the "Big E" was the 52nd Annual
'World 100,' which got underway with a pair of Twin 25 preliminary
programs - each of which paid $12,000 to the winner. Unfortunately,
Gordy was unable to transfer into either of his 25-lappers, as he
finished ninth in his heat race and eighth in his B-Main on Thursday
evening and ran eighth in his heat race and fourth in his B-Main
on Friday night. When Saturday rolled around in the $55,000 to win
'World 100,' the St. Charles, Missouri ace placed sixth in his stacked
heat race and seventh in his B-Main, which was a mere three spots
away from a coveted transfer position into the 100-lap crown jewel

Hauler Problems Nix Smoky
Mountain Visit; Rain Ruins Lavonia
(September
4, 2022) The
Gordy Gundaker Racing (GGR) team was slated to follow the World
of Outlaws Case Construction Late Model Series to Smoky Mountain
Speedway in Maryville, Tennessee and Lavonia Speedway in Lavonia,
Georgia on September 2-3 for a pair of $10,000 to win tilts. Unfortunately,
mechanical problems on the transporter kept Gordy Gundaker from
making it to Smoky Mountain on Friday night for the weekend opener.
Then on Saturday, inclement weather doomed the $10,000 to win program
at Lavonia early in the day. The St. Charles, Missouri ace now finds
himself seventh in the latest version of the WOOLMS point standings

Gordy Gundaker Tied for
Sixth in Outlaw Points Following Davenport
(August
28, 2022) Gordy
Gundaker closed out his month of August from August 25-27 in the
'Quad Cities 150' at Davenport Speedway in Davenport, Iowa. The
World of Outlaws Case Construction Late Model Series presided over
the three-race weekend on the 1/4-mile oval, which kicked off with
a pair of $10,000 to win throwdowns. On Thursday night in the opener,
Gordy ran fourth in his heat race prior to winding up nineteenth
in the final rundown of the 40-lap feature. At Davenport in a similar
show on Friday evening, Gordy was forced to utilize a series provisional
to gain access into the 40-lapper and ultimately placed twenty-third
in the final finishing order.
The action-packed weekend in the Hawkeye State then
wrapped up on Saturday with the 'Quad Cities 150' grand finale,
which boasted a $30,000 windfall. Gordy grabbed the third transfer
spot through his heat race and later rolled off from the outside
of the fifth row in the 70-lap headliner. The St. Charles, Missouri
ace unfortunately drew a late caution flag in the race and was eventually
paid for a fourteenth place showing. Gordy now sits tied for sixth

Gundaker Continues on
with Outlaws in Pennsylvania and Ohio
(August
22, 2022) Gordy
Gundaker Racing (GGR) headed to the states of Pennsylvania and Ohio
with the World of Outlaws Case Construction Late Model Series from
August 19-21 for a trio of $10,000 to win programs. Things kicked
off on Friday night at the sprawling Williams Grove Speedway in
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. Gordy Gundaker timed in eighth quickest
overall during qualifying before running sixth in his stacked heat
race and sixteenth in the 40-lap feature event.
On Saturday evening, the action quickly shifted to
Sharon Speedway in Hartford, Ohio for the running of the 'Battle
at the Border,' which also carried a $10,000 payday. Gordy placed
sixth in his heat race and fourth in his B-Main, which forced him
to utilize a series provisional to gain access into the 40-lapper.
At the checkers, Gordy had climbed nine spots to land in the fifteenth
finishing position. Sunday's scheduled stop at Tri-City Raceway
Park in Franklin, Pennsylvania was then unfortunately washed out

Top Ten in USA Nationals Opener at CLS
(August
7, 2022) The
World of Outlaws Case Construction Late Model Series took the Gordy
Gundaker Racing (GGR) team north to the renowned Cedar Lake Speedway
in New Richmond, Wisconsin on August 4-6 for the 35th edition of
the 'USA Nationals.' Things kicked off on Thursday night with a
$6,000 to win shootout. Gordy Gundaker timed in fourth fastest in
Group B during qualifying prior to running second in heat race action.
After starting fifth on the grid in the 30-lap sprint, Gordy appeared
headed to a top five showing in the contest until mechanical woes
late in the distance dropped him to a tenth place performance.
A double set of qualifying heat races then took center
stage on Friday evening to help set the lineup for Saturday's $50,000
to win 'USA Nationals.' Gordy ran eighth in his first heat race
of the night and third in his final prelim. On Saturday, Gordy finished
fourth in his B-Main and second in the Last Chance Qualifier, which
earned him the outside of the twelfth row in the 100-lap crown jewel
headliner. The St. Charles, Missouri ace then tried to make his
way forward early in the feature distance before eventually retiring
from the 'USA Nationals' in the twenty-sixth finishing position.
